Tokyo Welcomes Gladiator II Cast for Star-Studded Red Carpet Premier

On November 5, 2024, Tokyo’s Ariake Colosseum hosted the dazzling premiere of *Gladiator II*, drawing Hollywood excitement to Japan. Fans lined up to catch a glimpse of stars on the red carpet under the city’s night sky.  Although director Ridley Scott wasn’t present, lead actor Paul Mescal made his first visit to Japan, joined by fellow cast members Denzel Washington, Fred Hechinger, and Connie Nielsen. On the evening of November 5, 2024, the much-anticipated Tokyo premiere of *Gladiator II* lit up the Ariake Colosseum, bringing Hollywood glamour to Japan. Under the night sky, the red carpet was alive with excitement as Japanese fans gathered to catch a glimpse of the film’s stars.


Though director Ridley Scott could not attend, the premiere was graced by an impressive lineup. Making his debut visit to Japan, Paul Mescal led the cast, joined by Denzel Washington, Fred Hechinger, and Connie Nielsen. The team was completed by producers Douglas Wick, Lucy Fisher, and Michael Pruss, who were all on hand to celebrate the film’s launch in Tokyo.
